As an expert in custom engineered systems and Automation Solutions, we have very good experience in designing and implementing automation (both hardware & software) systems for Assembly & Test as well as Manufacturing operations.
Non-Synchronous & Synchronous Systems
Our experience in automation systems covers both non-synchronous an
d synchronous systems in a variety of industries. The breadth of that industry and application experience has allowed us to implement best-in-class manufacturing and assembly practices across various processes in our customers’ factories and to deliver optimal solutions
Innovation and Know-How
Solution House has a demonstrated track record in innovation with unique concepts and applications that have solved highly demanding factory problems. The experience and capabilities of our applications engineering group are greatly leveraged by the extensive library of applications and solutions that we have developed over the years and by its technologies and modular products.
Modularity
Manufacturing systems must maintain the highest degree ofreliability and cost
effectiveness. To achieve this goal Solution House has developed and refined a range of flexible and modular technologies and products which offer solutions to the most common types of manufacturing processes and operations.
Flexibility
Solution House automated systems are designed with the ability to accommodate a wide range of parts and products with minimum or even zero time change-overs. Solution House has provided industry leadership in quick and on-the-fly changeovers due the company’s deep experience in tooling and fixture design. Production flexibility is the answer to the need for higher product variety, smaller lot-size production requirements and total inventory reduction.
Controls
Our control systems provide the important link between the system, the production
process, and the operator. We make extensive use of the latest technology in control devices such as distributed I/O modules and distributed PLC controllers which enhance system modularity and flexibility. The Plug-in control modules are simply added or removed to easily accommodate system design changes or modifications. Maintenance and trouble-shooting are greatly reduced.
Integration
Solution House offers on-line integration of multiple processes including testing and
gauging that enhances system functionality and process capability. Such enhancements support advanced manufacturing concepts and best-manufacturing practices that aim at work simplification and reduction, task integration, and elimination of all forms of waste.
Consulting Services
The personnel of Solution House counts highly qualified specialist involved in design and engineering work. We have long and extensive experience in design and implementation of projects in the fields of industrial automation and control systems. Work in manufacturing and understands all the pieces of the puzzle that create value in a manufacturing environment. We apply a consultative problem-solving approach that evaluates the value-added contribution of each activity involved in a manufacturing conversion process and then designs a solution that improves productivity and overall operational performance while achieving optimal capital deployment. This goal requires the integration of lean manufacturing best practices and flexible/agile automation.
Specifically, we believe that the best cost-to-value solution requires two critical success factors:
First, the design or improvement of the existing manufacturing process by identifying the related improvement opportunities that result in increased cash flow.
Second, the automation of the improved process by utilizing technologies and equipments that delivers manufacturing flexibility and agility which maximize the return-on-invested-capital.
The Energy Automation Systems (EAS)
Approach to Energy Cost Savings
Energy Automation Systems (EAS) take a facility-wide approach to designing and installing its custom energy savings and power quality improvement systems. We begin by analyzing your entire facility's electrical distribution and power quality. We then design a custom system that makes individual components more efficient, virtually eliminating waste without causing reduced equipment efficiency. EAS systems deliver energy cost savings of up to 30%.
